Kalpesh Modha Technical director at OpenIP "We are very pleased to be implementing this solution for James Jones which will bring them many benefits such as free internal calls and skill based routing to make sure all customers have first time call resolution. This is vital for any industry to increase productivity and customer satisfaction"
Truly Resillient Wan Completed
OpenIP is please to announce the completion of Melton Mowbray Building societies new wide area network (WAN) based around Cisco Integrated security routers. The network is designed to use active multiple links to each of the Melton Mowbray Building societies branches so that in the event of a failure the network will re-route traffic and heal itself. Steve Clayton IT manager at the Melton had this to say about the new network.
"We pride ourselves on providing a high level of customer service, so when we started looking into a replacement WAN it had to provide 100% availability for our branch network and yet be cost effective. OpenIP 'S proposal met these requirements and also offers scalability and peace of mind."
